Sandy Springs Receives 2022 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight

For the second year in a row, The Mansions at Sandy Springs Senior Independent has been named a recipient of the Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2022 Customer Experience Award™. Qualifying for the award in the category Overall Satisfaction, The Mansions at Sandy Springs was shown to display a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior independent living.

Over the course of 2021, a sampling of residents and their families was taken to gain a better understanding of the residents’ needs and to make improvements when necessary. Within these surveys, an overwhelming 97% of all residents and family members said they would recommend The Mansions to others.

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, The Mansions at Sandy Springs was required to satisfy the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average.
