FOX Optimal Living at our Georgia Mansions

The Mansions and FOX Rehabilitation have partnered together to offer an innovative and proactive program called FOX Optimal Living (FOL). This program provides all residents living at Sandy Springs, Alpharetta and Decatur locations on-site wellness assessments and classes, as well as therapy services.

This is a proactive approach to prevent injury and promote wellness for optimal quality of life for older adults residing in these communities.  We look forward to getting to know you and assisting you to achieve your wellness goals – we want you to be the best that you can be!

Wellness Classes

Exercise classes are led by exercise physiologists specifically trained for older adults. Classes are provided at no additional fee to residents and are specifically tiered based on each resident’s level of fitness.  Residents are welcome to attend any class, as all fitness levels are welcome! Classes range from tai chi to boxing, as well as sitting and standing classes focusing on core, balance and cardiovascular endurance.

Therapy Services

Some of our residents require individual therapy services in addition to our wellness classes. These are provided by our clinically excellent team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists. Please ask any member of our rehab team about the services we can provide you.

Let us introduce ourselves to you!
