Construction Update

Now is the time when the project is taking final shape. The exterior finishes are complete and we are painting the exterior of the building. We have also started the curb and gutter on the outside and will start installing asphalt in the next few weeks.

On the interior, section 1 and 2 have drywall completed. Prime paint and trim are being installed. We are continuing to complete rough inspection in the back of the building. We continue with insulation and drywall in those areas. The model unit has been trimmed and painted, and will soon be finished with cabinets, flooring, and appliances.

This is a great point in the project. We now have units at all phases of construction. Many units are getting close to their final look.

Please stop by and see our ON SITE Leasing agent for more information and to schedule a tour.
